Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and post-go-live support for Finance modules including AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
• Manage integration between SAP S/4HANA and Veson IMOS Platform (VIP), ensuring accurate voyage accounting, financial postings, and reconciliations.
• Analyse, document, and optimise end-to-end business processes across accounting, commercial operations, and voyage accounting functions.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions that support revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, IT, and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and define functional requirements.
• Support programme delivery by managing functional workstreams, tracking milestones, identifying project risks, and ensuring timely execution.
• Design, configure, and test SAP solutions to align with operational and business objectives.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solution quality and business readiness.
• Oversee data migration activities, define validation rules, and maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate go-live planning, user training, and hypercare support to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
• Manage vendor performance, evaluate deliverables against agreed service levels, and drive timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in enterprise application implementation, business analysis, or IT project management.
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and post-implementation support.
• Experience in solution design and project delivery within complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong business analysis experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, functional specification development, and UAT coordination.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within chemical tanker operations, energy transportation, or dry bulk operations, including voyage accounting, procure-to-pay, and financial reporting workflows.
• Experience integrating SAP systems with third-party operational platforms, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
