Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy network and security solutions, including routers, switches, wireless networks, load balancers, and related infrastructure.
- Perform hardware installation activities, including racking and stacking of network equipment.
- Manage and deliver mid-sized to large-scale network deployment projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues, including connectivity, configuration, and performance-related problems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing project expectations and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Low-Level Design (LLD), Technical Design Specifications (TDS), As-Built documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) documents.
- Obtain client sign-off on project deliverables and documentation for project closure.
- Conduct project handovers and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal operations teams.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing sessions to support team development and adoption of best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- CCIE certification in any track except Security.
- Current CCNP certification with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network design, implementation, and deployment.
- Proven experience managing and delivering mid-sized to large-scale network infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, Spanning Tree, and MPLS Layer 3 VPN.
- Experience with enterprise wireless technologies, including Cisco WLC, Aruba, Prime Infrastructure, MSE/CMX, Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), and Ekahau Site Survey.
- Strong knowledge of data centre technologies, including Cisco Nexus, VDC, vPC, FEX, VXLAN, and ACI.
- Good understanding of firewall and network security technologies, including IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and Fortinet FortiGate.
- Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
