Lounge Manager / Central / Up to S$5000

Title: Front Office Manager

Salary: S$4000 - S$5000

Nearest MRT: Telok Ayer / Raflles Place

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm / Saturday (If there's events, they need report too)

• Management of the lounge (incl F&B sourcing, scenting, plants etc.)

• Monthly bookkeeping and reporting of lounge utilization, F&B expenses, etc.

• Management and support on AV live operations during event/ logistic setup if required

• Resource management, including planning and managing of receptionist staggered work schedule.

• Contractor management including obtaining quotations for ad hoc work request and putting up for approval

• Manage all lounge operators

• Facilities and vendor management; including indoor potted plant maintenance, pest control, cleaning and hygiene services, security services.

• Management of the Event Booking approval process, and organization and execution of all events

• Upkeeping of the property and regular inspection to ensure that any wear and tear are addressed promptly

• Responsible for and own the lounge operational SOPs and Service Protocol

• Oversee the completion and rectification of the lounge defects list

• Responsible for all matters within the property to ensure a smooth running of the operations and upkeep of the property.

• Relief coverage as receptionist
