Quantity Surveyor, Executive/Assistant Manager (Constructions)

• Assist in pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities.
• Support procurement and subcontractor management processes.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Process progress claims, variations, and contract payments.
• Assist in final account preparation and project cost settlement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend.
