Drive operational success and process integrity across complex manufacturing campaigns in a state-of-the-art facility.

• Lead operational release activities, directing comprehensive root cause investigations for deviations, non-conformities, and production abnormalities.

• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies including 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and FMECA to analyze process variations.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and quality teams to establish root causes, assess product impact, and support lot disposition.

• Formulate and implement corrective and preventive action programs, overseeing effectiveness checks and detailed technical reporting.

• Manage operational readiness and run tasks, including batch record lifecycle management, change requests, and material evaluations.

• Senior-level experience in biopharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing operations with deep operational knowledge of facility equipment.

• Proven background in leading complex deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA frameworks within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong expertise in operational readiness, technical documentation creation, and regulatory audit representation.

• Demonstrated capability in leading process improvement projects and managing contingent workforce operational requirements.

• Exceptional technical writing, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
