Drive operational success and process integrity across large-scale manufacturing campaigns in a state-of-the-art facility.

• Lead root cause investigations for operational deviations, non-conformities, and floor abnormalities using structured methodologies.

• Facilitate cross-functional technical alignment with subject matter experts and quality teams to establish root causes and design effective corrective actions.

• Conduct comprehensive product quality impact assessments to support timely lot disposition and release activities.

• Prepare end-to-end investigation reports detailing technical findings, impacted batches, and preventive action effectiveness.

• Support operational readiness and run activities including batch record updates, change requests, and material management.

• Strong background in leading deviation investigations and root cause analysis within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.

• Proficiency in structured investigation tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, Causal Branching, or FMECA.

• Proven track record in assessing product quality impact and managing corrective and preventive action programs.

• Practical experience supporting operational readiness, process campaigns, and technical documentation creation.

• Excellent technical writing capabilities and experience presenting investigation outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
