About this job
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Support cost estimates, quotations, and progress claims.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and variations.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
- Prior relevant experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and grow in the construction industry
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
