About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Consulting Trainee Program specializing in Agentic Automation and Agentic AI. This program is designed to equip trainees with competencies in application development, automation engineering, AI integration, and system implementation.
Trainees will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation and AI-enabled solutions using platforms and technologies from leading software providers such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Xceptor, and Microsoft. The role emphasizes software engineering best practices, structured development lifecycle, and real-world implementation.
What You Can Expect
- Instructor-led training in software engineering fundamentals, automation architecture, and solution design
- Hands-on development using RPA and AI-enabled platforms in cloud-based sandbox environments
- Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Learning AI capabilities embedded within automation platforms (e.g., AI agents, document understanding, machine learning features)
- Practical exercises involving system integration, API usage, and workflow automation
- Participation in real-world project simulations and use cases
- Mentorship from experienced software engineers and consultants
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions following software engineering practices
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical design specifications
- Develop automation workflows, reusable components, and integration modules
- Utilize AI capabilities available within software platforms to enhance automation solutions
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Document technical design, code logic, test cases, and deployment procedures
- Support solution deployment and post-production monitoring
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers
- Follow software engineering best practices including version control, coding standards, and secure development
- Assist in continuous improvement of automation frameworks and reusable components
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Python, C#, Java, or similar)
- Strong interest in Software Engineering and Automation technologies
- Interest in applying AI features within enterprise software solutions
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an advantage
- Exposure to RPA, AI-enabled platforms, or cloud technologies is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environment
- Able to commence full time employment by September 2026
