Responsibilities:
Business Operations & Technology Transformation
- Lead business and transformation workstreams across large-scale change programs.
- Assess current operating models, processes, governance, and technology landscapes.
- Design target operating models, business processes, and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and issue resolution.
- Develop key deliverables including business requirements, process maps, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Support testing, operational readiness, change implementation, and stabilization activities.
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Analyze business challenges and provide practical recommendations.
- Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment across programs.
- Prepare materials for governance forums, steering committees, and executive meetings.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes.
Practice Growth & Internal Operations
- Support business development, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Contribute to methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge assets.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support thought leadership.
- Participate in resource planning, financial tracking, reporting, and operational improvements.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Consultants, Business Analysts, and SMEs.
- Manage workstream activities, task allocation, and project progress.
- Review deliverables to ensure quality and client relevance.
- Coach team members and promote knowledge sharing across the practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a consulting firm.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, Fit-Gap assessments, target-state design, issue management, and implementation support.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, gather business requirements, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience collaborating with business, operations, technology, and support functions to deliver complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business impact assessment and organizational change management related to process, technology, and operating model transformations.
- Experience in PMO, program management, or managing multiple workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven ability to develop executive presentations, business cases, client deliverables, and project governance documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams, mentoring junior resources, managing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Self-driven team player with a willingness to contribute to business development, proposal support, knowledge management, and internal practice initiatives.
- Good communication skill in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and clients.
