About the Role:
We are a growing, dynamic professional accounting and corporate services firm. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented to manage a portfolio of corporate clients. This unique dual-function role is perfect for a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who thrives on variety, handling both essential corporate governance and monthly payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file annual returns, change of officers, change of company name, and alterations to constitution via ACRA BizFile+.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes books, and corporate records securely for client portfolios.
- Draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and documentation for Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
- End-to-end processing of monthly payroll for designated client accounts, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, overtime, and allowances.
- Manage monthly CPF e-submissions, SDL calculations, and government-paid leaves (e.g., childcare leave, maternity leave claims).
- Prepare annual tax forms including IR8A and handle IR21 tax clearances for foreign employees.
- Assist with all other work pass applications and cancellations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Law, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate secretarial work and/or payroll management, ideally within an accounting, corporate service provider, or outsourced agency environment.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA processes, and the MOM Employment Act.
