Job Description:

Client Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Understand each client’s workforce requirements, hiring preferences, and business needs.

• Provide recruitment strategies and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

Recruitment & Candidate Management

• Manage the recruitment process from identifying potential candidates through to successful placement.

• Source candidates through various channels and assess their skills, experience, and suitability.

• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate the hiring process between clients and applicants.

• Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Business Development

• Identify and engage with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Expand the company’s network and develop new client accounts.

• Build long-term partnerships that contribute to business growth and increased placements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
