HR cum Admin

Job Description:

• Handle full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, staff training, and monthly payroll administration.

• Assist with the application, renewal, and cancellation of employee employment permits and relevant work passes.

• Oversee daily general administration affairs, including office facility maintenance, inventory management, and office supplies arrangement.

• Plan, organize and coordinate company meetings, corporate events and employee engagement activities.

• Maintain accurate, organized and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

• Support ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Self-motivated and independent with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Responsible, resilient and able to work efficiently under tight schedules and work pressure.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with high sensitivity in handling confidential company and employee information.

• Good team player with proactive work attitude, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
