Senior/ Sales Engineer (Pump)

Salary package: Basic + AWS + Bonus

Working days: 5 days

Location: Defu Lane

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Prospect new market opportunities, identify target accounts, conduct client presentations/site visits, and expand the customer portfolio to drive repeat business.

• Account Management & Relationship Building: Manage and cultivate long-term partnerships with developers, consultants, and contractors, leveraging upselling and cross-selling to grow existing key accounts.

• Solution Selling & Proposal Delivery: Evaluate client technical needs to propose tailored solutions, preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

• Commercial Negotiation & Sales Targets: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technology, Construction, Building Services, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in technical sales, project-based sales, or business development (project-based experience strongly preferred).

• Technical & Commercial Skills: Strong business acumen, sharp negotiation skills, and basic proficiency in reading technical drawings or using AutoCAD (an added advantage).

• Attributes & Logistics: Self-driven team player capable of working independently in a high-target environment; Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus.
