Executive Assistant - Fundraising (Hospital) #HZO

Location: Novena
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 830am - 545pm
Salary: Up to $3K

Job Scope:

• • Placement, collection and replacement of donation boxes at various locations.
• • Efficiently managing collection routes and schedules to ensure timely collection and placement of donation boxes.
• • Plan the collection and placement of donation boxes schedule on monthly basis.
• • Follow safety protocols when handling donation boxes in public spaces, to minimise risks.
• • Engage with the merchant/donor to foster relationships, gather feedback, and promote a positive image of the organisation.
• • Support fundraising events.
• • To work after office hours, weekends and Public Holidays, occasionally.
• • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

• • To have Class 3 driving license (manual) required
• • Min. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in fundraising setting.
