HR Assistant (Semiconductor)

Salary: $2,000 - $2,800 (Based on Experience)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR and administrative operations

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Handle Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation

• Maintain attendance, leave, benefits, employee records, and HRMS data

• Coordinate foreign worker matters, including dormitory, OFWAS, PCP, insurance, and training records

• Maintain employee training and ISO-related documentation

• Liaise with MOM, government agencies, insurers, training providers, and vendors

• Handle courier/shipping arrangements, office supplies, and facility maintenance

• Process vendor invoices and maintain proper document filing

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Relevant HR and/or administrative experience is preferred

• Experience handling Work Permits and foreign worker administration is an advantage

• Familiarity with MOM requirements, HRMS, and general HR administration is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information appropriately

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
