Accounting Manager [ UPPER CHANGI, 5 days ]

Accounting Manager

Salary: $3,600 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: Upper Changi

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts and oversee daily accounting operations

• Prepare financial statements, sales reports, and cash flow reports

• Supervise and manage a small accounting team of at least 2 staff

• Manage and reconcile bank transactions and accounts

• Oversee accounts receivable and debt collection

• Process cheque payments to suppliers and vendors

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns

• Handle tax, audit, and statutory accounting matters

• Supervise annual stock-taking and prepare supporting documentation

• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Relevant experience handling full sets of accounts

• Prior experience supervising or managing at least 2 staff

• Good knowledge of financial reporting, GST, taxation, and audit processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an advantage

• Strong numerical accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and manage accounting deadlines

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
