*URGENT* Patient Service Executive (West/ Hospital) #HZO

Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Salary: Up to $4.5K

Job Scope:

• Part of Ward Service Associate (WSA) team and ensure service standards are upheld
• Work closely with ward supervisor and other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers
• Assist to ensure sufficient stocks supplies for ward for smooth operation
• Manage the deployment of Ward Service Associates (WSAs) in the wards
• Manage WSAs to ensure patients’ nutrition and diet are met
• Take directions and guidance from manager
• Lead quality improvement/ initiatives
• Any other ad hoc duties base on operational needs

Job Requirement:

• Min Degree in any field
• Min. 1 yr experience as PSA/ any relevant field
• Excellent service skills and possess a strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, resourceful, passionate and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on with good problem-solving and strong leadership skills to lead a team
