Sales Engineer (Semiconductor)

Salary: $2,800 - $4,300 (Based on Experience)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers

• Manage and maintain existing and key customer accounts

• Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, Specialty Gas Systems, and engineering solutions

• Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts

• Coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams for project execution

• Follow up on sales opportunities and customer requirements

• Monitor market opportunities and industry developments

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account updates

• Work towards assigned sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience

• Semiconductor, industrial equipment, or engineering industry experience is preferred

• Proven experience in business development and achieving sales targets

• Key account management experience is highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills

• Able to understand and communicate technical and commercial requirements

• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required to attend product or technical training

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
