Optometrist (Islandwide)

Responsibilities

• Provide eye check-ups for customers;
• Provide refraction to customers who are eight and below.
• Interpret prescriptions;
• Edge lenses as prescribed;
• Dispense and adjust the frames of spectacles;
• Conduct checks for Ocular Health (E.g. Slit Lamp Examination etc.)
• Follow up on Customer's Appointment
• Provide Customer with Professional advice and consultation on Spectacles/contact lens
• Handle daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls
• Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

• Must have: Candidate must be registered as an optometrist with the Optometrists & Opticians Board
• Ministry of Health Singapore.
• Candidate must possess an approved optometry qualification
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
