Accounts Executive

Job Description:

• Manage full-set accounts across 9 MCST portfolio entities, driving accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.
• Drive AR and AP functions, executing prompt billing, collections, demand letters, and vendor disbursements.
• Direct legal and administrative compliance, including Section 47 ownership updates, legal escalation for chronic arrears, and external audit coordination.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reconciliation reports and IRAS returns across registered entities.
• Advise clients and internal partners on financial disclosures, accounting policy compliance, and operational queries.
• Other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree/ACCA/Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years experiences (Preferably in CPA firm) is a plus
• Ability to meet data entry performance targets (e.g. transaction processing volume per hour)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
