BIM MODELLER[Office Project in Science Park or West area or Engineering Department/architectural and structural drafting]

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed shop job/working drawings (Architectural/Structural) to aid project construction.
2. Coordinate and rectify errors in plans and specifications with Architects/Engineers/M&E.
3. Assist site colleagues in providing timely and accurate shop drawings for construction.
4. Consult with site colleagues to resolve drawing discrepancies, redesign, and minimize issues.
5. Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to prepare accurate drawings for site use.
6. Create as-built drawings for project completion submission/handover to clients/consultants.
7. Utilize BIM software for Arch/M&E/Structural drawing.
8. Support tender processes in BIM/drafting as required.
9. Attend technical meetings when necessary.
10. Ensure effective Multi-Disciplinary coordination works are carried out.
