URGENT HIRING | Finance Officer - #HJZ

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations

• Assist with processing and maintaining financial records and documentation

• Perform data entry and ensure financial information is accurately recorded

• Assist with invoices, payments and other finance-related transactions

• Perform basic reconciliation and checking of financial records

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance records

• Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters when required

• Support the team with other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Meticulous with good attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel

• Good communication and organisational skills
