About this job
- Lead and manage the EPC project mechanical inspection, FAT, Preservation & equipment performance test.
- Mentor mechanical inspectors related to equipment alignment, inspections, preservations etc.,
- Review vendor equipment data sheets, FAT, performance reports, ITPs and other documents.
- Prepare, review project specific Quality procedures related mechanical in compliance to project specifications.
- Interface with Class, Client, and Third-Party Inspection Agencies.
- Establish and implement project preservation program.
- Preparation and review of Inspection and test plan.
- Identifying alignment related issues and resolving it.
- Calibration and control of all inspection instruments.
- Managing the mechanical equipment related inspections, ensuring that the inspection and test records are submitted for approval progressively
Job Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering
- 10 years' experience in Equipment (rotating & stationary) installation, alignment inspections, FAT, preservation etc., in EPC projects.
