Location: Novena
Contract: 3 months, extendable (based on performance)
Salary: $2760/month
Working hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Job Scope:

• Handle enquiries relating to government-support schemes.
• Review appeals and check supporting documents for completeness.
• Follow up on missing information and update case statuses.
• Perform data entry, document management and general administration.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Office.
• Work with the team to complete cases within the required timelines.

Requirements:

• Meticulous and organised.
• Experience in administration, data entry or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage high-volume administrative work accurately.
