Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Client Servicing & Business Development Manager (Events & Marketing) to join our team.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role combining client servicing, account management, business development, sales and event coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

You will serve as an important link between our clients and internal Creative, Events, Production and Operations teams, ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, properly communicated and successfully delivered.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the events, exhibitions, marketing, advertising, activation, production or related industry, with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify New Business Opportunities:

Research and identify potential clients and partners within the events industry. Develop and implement strategies to target and secure new business.

• Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their event requirements.

• Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business growth.

• Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights and recommendations to improve our event offerings.

• Proposal Development:

Create compelling and customized proposals for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations and align with company capabilities.

• Event Planning and Execution:

Work closely withthe events team to ensure seamless planning and execution of events. Ensure all client requirements are met, and events are delivered to the highest standard.

• Networking:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our business network.

• Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Use data to informdecision-making and strategy development.

Requirements &Skills:

Ø Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

Ø Experience:

· Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in the business development industry.

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the events industry.

· Strong network within the events industry and a track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.

Ø Skills:

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to travel as required.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
