Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement, including regular stock checks and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate loading, unloading and delivery arrangements to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse, ensuring all staff follow workplace safety procedures.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and training to warehouse team members and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in leading and supervising warehouse staff.
• Possess a valid Forklift Licence and able to operate a forklift safely.
• Experience operating Reach Truck is an advantage.
• Able to handle receiving, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stock management.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work overtime when required.
