Responsibilities

• Ensure all outbound shipments are accurately verified against Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, permits, and supporting documentation before dispatch.

• Provide onboarding, training, and continuous development on company policies, SOPs, WMS, SAP processes, and safety compliance requirements.

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure operational excellence.

• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations, documentation requirements, and standards.

• Maintain warehouse security controls to safeguard personnel, inventory, equipment, and company assets.

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and supervising warehouse teams.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in omni-channel or e-commerce warehousing chain management is an advantage.

• Class 3 driving license and forklift License will be an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Systems, Applications and Product (SAP), or other inventory management systems.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, good leadership, and communication skills.
