M&E Quantity Surveyor/ New Building proj/5day/$6.8K Basic+VB/ A1 Main Contractor/ Central area

• Up to $6,800 Basic+ Variable bonus

• 2 x M&E QS openings/ Permanent position/ 5 work days

• New Building project @ Central area.

• Having experience in M&E Quantity Survey work is preferred.

Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all work related to M&E Quantity Surveyor duties.

• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on the progress claim.

• Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.

• Preparing cost estimation and identifying variation works.

• To source quotations from sub-contractors and prepare cost comparisons, negotiate, and award contracts

• Variation order or EOT claims

• Liaise with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years in airport construction projects is preferred
