Snr Quantity Surveyor X 2_Construction new Hospital/ Condo_5day_$6.5k+VB_A1 Main Contractor_East or West area.

• Up to $6,500 Basic+ Bonus

• 2 x Permanent positions/ 5 workdays/ Construction new Hospital [at West] or Condo [at East] area.

• Prior experience working for a Main Contractor is highly advantageous.

• Proven track record in building design and construction of high-rise condo or Building projects is preferred.

• MNC & leading A1 main contractor!/ Construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage post-contract QS duties for civil works, including measurement, valuation and cost control.

• Administer contracts, variations, claims, payments and final accounts.

• Monitor budgets, prepare cost forecasts and management reports.

• Track project progress and resolve commercial issues with project teams.

• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years in construction Building projects is preferred
