About this job
Service Engineer
- Provide technical product training.
- Handle product, technical and warranty etc
- Monitor quality issue
- Create training materials, technical procedures, service manuals and part guides for distributors.
- Handle defective unit exchange to end customer, follow up defective unit repair etc
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry.
Salary: Up to $3,500
