Science Teacher

Job Responsibilities

·Teach Science to Primary andSecondary students in small-group classes.

·Deliver structured and engaging lessons based on the Singapore MOE syllabus.

·Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, assessments and revision resources.

·Mark students’ work and provide timely feedback.

·Monitor students’ academic progress and provide learning recommendations.

·Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress when required.

·Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.

Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Science, Education or a related discipline.

·Strong subject knowledge inScience.

·Able to teach Primary Science andSecondary Science independently.

·Familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus is preferred.

·Ability to teach O-Level Chemistry and/or Physics will be a strong advantage.

·Prior tuition centre or small group teaching experience is preferred.

·Responsible, patient and able to communicate effectively with students and parents.

·Candidates must have the legalright to work in Singapore.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and teaching experience.
