All Day Dining Buffet Restaurant Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Operational Leadership

• Support the Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager in executing daily outlet operations in line with Forbes 5-Star standards
• Supervise service areas and ensure correct setup, readiness, and execution during all meal periods
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),service sequences, and brand standards are consistently followed
• Monitor service flow and address operational challenges promptly, escalating issues when required
• Ensure accurate execution of outlet promotions, special events, and guest requests

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Lead by example in delivering anticipatory, personalized, and gracious service
• Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
• Collect guest feedback and communicate insights to management for service improvement
• Ensure staff demonstrate proper service etiquette, grooming, and communication standards at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage service operations
• Previous experience in a luxury or 5-Star hotel environment preferred
