Budget(s) and YEP(s) delivered on all line item levels

▪ Be responsible for P&L of Birkenstock Singapore

▪ Be responsible for Regional Consolidation of ASPA Financials

▪ Be pro-active and identify budget mismatches by inserting yourself into the process

▪ Be articulate about the challenges to meet our budget(s) and YEP(s) on all line item levels

▪ Inspire stakeholders to timely identify actions points & follow-up till mitigating actions are delivered

Business Operations and Processes in compliance with Group standards

▪ Lead & support implementation of financial systems and internal controls program

▪ Take primary responsibility for IT automated business process & master data

▪ Design scalable business processes incompliance with Group standards around, including but not limited to:

o Sales & Distribution

o Logistics & Warehousing

o Sourcing & Purchasing

o Cash Management

▪ Ensure that all key business processes are documented

▪ Build comprehensive business process training deck for various stakeholders

▪ Devise and implement integration of fragmented financial reporting systems

▪ Experience with SAP process improvements and system finetuning.

▪ Implement integrated reporting systems Tableau. Ensure sufficient available database.

▪ Ensure management control policies are operational & effective, though internal audits

▪ Lead optimization process that simplifies and unifies process, minimize resources needed

▪ Resource for any financial business scenario calculations and simulations (Channel Take Overs, Business Take Overs, Mergers, etc.)

▪ And timely suggests improvements to business processes and existing control procedures

Financial Reporting & Business Analytics:

▪ Ensure accuracy and on time delivery of o Business reporting

o Finance reporting

o BI + Tableau

▪ Handle any other ad hoc Business Reporting Projects

Financial Governance:

▪ Maintains governance & control around financial operation processes, including but not limited to:

o Manual Postings; substation through vouchers & official documents

o Billings

o Receivables

o Purchase

o Payments

o Commissions

o Timely Payroll Processing &Payments

o Cash & cashflow management
