Interior Designer (3Ds Max)

Job Summary

You will develop design concepts and 3D visualizations, manage project documentation, coordinate with clients and vendors, and oversee project progress to deliver high-quality interior design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and produce presentable 3D visualization drawings using 3Ds Max software to meet client requirements
• Produce contract documents tailored to client needs for project execution
• Source materials and vendors, and respond to Tenders, RFQs, and ITQs to support project procurement
• Meet with clients to gather and program project requirements for accurate design and planning
• Take precise as-built measurements to develop detailed floor plans and elevations
• Conduct site inspections and surveys, follow up on issues, and implement relevant actions to ensure project quality
• Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors to monitor and support project progression
• Plan work schedules to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery
• Manage communication by attending phone calls and responding promptly to stakeholders
• Support marketing efforts to promote design services and company offerings
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support project and company operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in 3Ds Max software for 3D rendering (explicitly stated as must)
• Portfolio demonstrating design work and project management experience
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
• Skilled in conceptual design with a creative and imaginative approach
• Experience with computational design techniques
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Interior design training with H-NITECH or Diploma qualification
• Software proficiency in Autodesk, 3Ds Max, V-ray, Photoshop, and related tools

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• AutoCad, 3Ds Max, Photoshop and other 3D rendering tools.
