About this job
- Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to assigned locations according to scheduled delivery routes and timelines.
- Load and unload goods safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company handling procedures.
- Ensure all products are delivered in good condition and maintained at the required temperature, where applicable.
- Verify delivery orders, invoices, and quantities before dispatch and upon delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Obtain and return signed delivery documents and records as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Assist with kitchen assistant and superior when required, including stock arrangement, inventory checks, and stock replenishment.
- Collect empty containers, trays, and delivery equipment from outlets or customers following deliveries.
- Clean, sanitize, and properly store returned containers and delivery equipment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Replenish, organize, and maintain adequate stock levels of containers, crates, and delivery supplies to support daily operations.
- Ensure all delivery containers and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
- Support ad hoc logistics, operational, and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
