CARPENTRY SUPERVISOR / CARPENTER FOREMAN

- Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily carpentry works at construction sites
- Plan and arrange manpower according to the site work schedule
- Assign daily tasks to carpenters and monitor work progress
- Ensure carpentry works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and site requirements
- Able to read and understand construction and carpentry drawings
- Coordinate with Site Supervisor, Project Manager and other trades on site activities
- Monitor workmanship and ensure works meet required quality standards
- Arrange and monitor the usage of carpentry materials, tools and equipment
- Ensure workers follow proper work procedures and safety requirements
- Conduct on-the-job guidance and training for carpentry workers when required
- Maintain daily work records and report site progress to management
- Ensure work areas are properly maintained and kept in safe working condition
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction carpentry works
- Good knowledge of formwork, timber works and general carpentry works
- Able to supervise workers and work independently with minimal supervision
