Project Manager (Digital Concierge Solutions)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of digital concierge solutions for the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will work with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver digital guest experience initiatives across hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of digital concierge and guest experience solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Work closely with hotel operations, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Coordinate solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and overall progress.
• Ensure successful system integration and business readiness.
• Prepare project documentation and provide regular management updates.
• Support post-implementation activities and project handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, customer experience, or hospitality technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
