Onsite Health Pte. Ltd. provides chiropractic and related onsite healthcare services at workplaces and operates two clinics in Singapore, serving professionals, expats, and corporate clients with wellness programs and ergonomic assessments.

Job Summary

You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing bookings, check-ins, payments, and communications while supporting clinic operations and collaborating with healthcare practitioners to ensure excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in process efficiently to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email promptly and accurately
• Follow up on missed appointments, pending bookings, and send reminders to maintain patient engagement
• Process payments and reconcile daily collections to ensure accurate financial records
• Support insurance claims, billing, and issuance of receipts to facilitate patient transactions
• Coordinate schedules across chiropractors, physiotherapists, and both clinic locations to optimize appointment flow
• Manage referrals, medical reports, and correspondence with insurers and doctors to maintain comprehensive patient documentation
• Maintain tidy and complete patient records and documentation for compliance and operational efficiency
• Keep the clinic environment clean, stocked, and presentable to provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist the team with general clinic operations to support daily activities and patient care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or clinic settings

Other Information

Schedule

• Work 5 days per week
• At least one weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday), with preference for both days
• Higher pay reflects stronger weekend availability

Salary

• SGD $2,800 – $3,000 per month, depending on experience and weekend availability
