Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Novena Medical Centre & Capital Building (Raffles Place), Singapore

Salary: S$2,800–3,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You'll be the face of our clinics, creating an outstanding experience for every patient while supporting our chiropractors and physiotherapists in delivering exceptional care.

Onsite Health is a multidisciplinary healthcare company with two clinics in Singapore, located at Novena Medical Centre and Capital Building in Raffles Place. We provide chiropractic, physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, and soft tissue therapy, while also partnering with leading organisations to deliver workplace wellness programmes, ergonomic assessments, and on-site musculoskeletal care across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
• Coordinate practitioner schedules across both clinic locations
• Process payments, invoices, receipts, and end-of-day reconciliation
• Assist with insurance claims, billing, and patient documentation
• Follow up on appointments, reminders, and patient enquiries
• Coordinate referrals and communication with doctors and insurance providers
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
• Ensure the reception area and clinic remain organised, welcoming, and well-stocked
• Support occasional corporate wellness events and health initiatives
• Work closely with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

• Is friendly, professional, and confident communicating with patients
• Thrives in a busy environment and can manage multiple priorities
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Learns new computer systems quickly
• Takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a supportive team

Experience

Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, front desk, dental, allied health, or administrative roles is highly regarded but not essential. We value attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5.5 days per week
• At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
