Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyse and document project workflows for lift and escalator projects.
• Recommend and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Maintain and manage project data, client information, and schedules.
• Generate reports and dashboards to assist management in decision-making.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and technical teams to integrate IT systems with project operations.
• Automate repetitive office and project tracking tasks to improve productivity.
• Ensure digital systems and project data comply with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
