Content & Partnerships and Kitchen Operations

Healthy Paw LLP is a fresh pet food company that believes in feeding healthy human-grade food to pets to ensure a happy and healthy life for every pet.

This position is unique and includes 2 aspects: Content & Partnerships AND Kitchen Assistant Operations. It involves both hands on kitchen duties as well as creative work focusing on marketing and business partnerships.

1. Content & Partnerships and Marketing Role

Est. number of days per week: 3 days

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through our current lead generation system, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Work together with the core team on refining a uniform marketing strategy.
• Generating and nurturing qualified leads and managing sales funnels from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and develop potential B2B partnerships and collaborative opportunities for the company.
• Crafting out digital marketing strategies.
• Identify key content pillars and social media content objectives for each post.
• Managing social media marketing campaigns.
• Curate and create authentic social media content.
• Mapping out content calendars and schedules
• Have a creative eye for taking short videos and static photos for social media.
• Creative writing and conceptualisation of articles.
• Creating trend jack content for social media.
• Graphic design.
• Video editing and production.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions and meetings when required.

Requirements:

• You need to have experience being a content creator either for yourself or for a company.
• Imaginative and be willing to experiment.
• Willing to learn and improve.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Extra points if you are computer savvy and don't just depend on smartphone for content creation.
• Good plus if you know video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Affinity Designer.
• Educational qualifications are not our priority. We pay more attention to the candidate's personality, mindset and creative qualities.

2. Kitchen Assistant Role

NOTE: The kitchen assistant duties are physically demanding in nature. You are expected to carry heavy items, operate machines, handle food processing and washing.

Est. number of days per week: 2 days

1. Assisting in overall food production processes

• Ensure raw ingredients are adequate and taken out to thaw before each production day.
• Blend, mix and cook dry goods and vegetables that needs to be pre-cooked before production day and pack according to the required amounts in each recipe.
• Operate cooking equipment and set the correct setting for each recipe.
• Packing of meals into meal packs.
• Operating the vacuum sealer machines.

2. Coordinating food production workflows

• Ensure correct amounts of food ingredients are cooked at the right portions and at the right timings for each recipe.
• Pouring out cooked food in trays for packing.

3. Prepare and pack orders

• Consolidate all orders for delivery and distribute to drivers for delivery.
• Print delivery labels for packing of orders.
• Prepare address list to tabulate packed orders and for drivers to reference.
• Packing and sorting of orders.

4. Inventory management

• Stock take on raw and dry ingredients for upcoming production days.
• Keep track on packaging stocks and inform the team if inventory runs low.
• Procurement of raw and dry ingredients for food production.

5. Maintaining general cleanliness and tidiness at the place of work

• Ensure general cleanliness of the workplace especially the kitchen and the cooking equipment and appliances (sweep, mop, scrub, wipe)
• Maintain hygiene and a clean environment to avoid pest infestation (We are handling food so cleanliness and quality is important)

Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to stand for long hours for 2 days a week.
• Able to carry 5-15kg of items from time to time.
• Be reliable.
• Good communicator.
• Problem solving skills.
• Takes initiative at tasks and checks out on things.
• Always looking to improve.
• Honest and responsible.
• Able to handle frozen, raw meat and cooked food.
• Extra points if you have prior experience working in a kitchen / food manufacturing facility.
