Job Title: General Worker (Part-Time)

Department: Operations

Working Location: 60 Joo Koon Circle

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The company provides minivan service after work, ferrying staff from the HQ back to Joo Koon MRT.

Job Description

We are looking for General Workers to support our daily site operations. The role involves scaffold servicing, material mobilization, and general housekeeping duties to ensure safe and efficient work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

(mainday-to-day activities and the outputs of the role the individual is expected to deliver)

• Assist in scaffold servicing, including basic handling, cleaning, and maintenance of scaffold materials
• Support material mobilization, loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform general housekeeping at worksites to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Assist supervisors and skilled workers with daily operational tasks
• Follow workplace safety rules and company procedures at all times
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Ownership of compliances to Group’s policies, procedures and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Willing to work outdoors and at construction /industrial sites
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in construction, scaffolding, or similar work is an advantage but not required
• Safety-oriented mindset (safety training will be provided)
