Order Fulfilment Coordinator ($3k/Tai Seng/5 days)

Our client is a well-established local company. They are a market leader in print packaging, 3rd/4th party logistics & value chain management solutions to multinational clients throughout the Asian region. Due to their expansion, their logistics operations at TAI SENG area is currently looking for a ORDER FULFILMENT COORDINATOR

Salary offered: Up to $3000
Work location: Tai Seng area (walking distance from Tai Seng MRT)
Work days: 5 days week, Mondays - Fridays 8.30am -5.45pm
Work terms: Permanent with attractive benefits

Duties/Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
• Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
