FACILITIES MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Monitor and manage stock levels of equipment, cleaning supplies, and materials to prevent shortages
• Manage linen replenishment, collection, segregation, and storage to maintain hygiene standards
• Coordinate transportation of documents, equipment, and materials to support operational needs
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment
• Plan cleaning schedules and equipment requirements to optimize resource use
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are safe, clean, and well maintained to comply with standards
• Comply with workplace safety, infection control, and quality standards to uphold regulatory requirements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
  
  Requirements:
• A degree or diploma in facilities management or another field
• At least two to three years of experience in the cleaning, hotel, commercial, and facilities services/management industries
• Adept at using Microsoft Office
• Outstanding time management
• Well-groomed and with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Positivity at work and the capacity to work both individually and collaboratively
