We design and build specialised wet-process equipment for semiconductor customers. We are building a younger, high-integrity, first-principles engineering team to take ownership of current products and develop new platforms.

The Role
Lead mechanical design of process equipment — tanks, frames, fluid handling systems and mechanisms. You will produce production-ready 3D models and drawings and work closely with the workshop and electrical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and assemblies in SolidWorks
• Produce detailed production drawings with proper tolerancing and GD&T
• Select materials suitable for wet-process and chemical environments
• Support prototyping, assembly and design improvements
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and technicians on integrated systems
• Continuously improve designs for manufacturability, reliability and cost

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• Preferably under 40 years old
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (or equivalent 3D CAD) with proven production drawing experience
• Ability to design from first principles — not just modify existing designs
• High personal integrity and ownership of outcomes
• Genuine intellectual curiosity and hunger to build better equipment
• Experience with process equipment, chemical handling systems, semiconductor tools or precision machinery is a strong advantage
