Fusion Civil Solutions Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based Civil & Structural engineering consultancy working on residential, commercial, industrial, A&A, ERSS and temporary-works projects.

We are looking for Junior Civil & Structural Design Engineers who want to build strong engineering fundamentals and gain practical experience across the full project cycle.

You will work closely with our Professional Engineer and project team on structural analysis, design calculations, drawings, authority submissions and construction-stage coordination. Guidance will be provided as you develop your technical knowledge and professional judgment.

Fresh graduates with a recognised engineering degree and sound technical fundamentals are welcome to apply. Candidates with one to two years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

What you will work on

• Assist with structural analysis and design for buildings, A&A works, ERSS, temporary works and other Civil & Structural projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations, analysis models, design sketches and technical reports under the guidance of senior engineers and the Professional Engineer.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing structural drawings.
• Apply Singapore Standards, Eurocodes and project requirements to engineering work.
• Support BCA and other authority submissions, including the preparation of documents and responses to technical comments.
• Coordinate technical information with architects, M&E consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Attend selected site visits, inspections and technical meetings.
• Assist in reviewing contractor submissions, RFIs and construction-stage technical matters.
• Identify missing information or inconsistencies and raise them with the project engineer.
• Maintain clear calculation, drawing and submission records.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by PEB Singapore.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Sound understanding of structural engineering fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of structural analysis, reinforced concrete and steel design.
• Willingness to learn Singapore regulatory requirements, local submission procedures and Eurocodes.
• Exposure to one or more engineering programs such as ETABS, SAFE, PLAXIS, Prokon or ProtaStructure is useful.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.
• Able to prepare clear technical work and communicate questions when information is incomplete.
• Responsible, willing to learn and comfortable working as part of a project team.

Applicants are not expected to know every listed software package or independently manage an entire project from the first day.
