About this job
- Independently develop detailed MEP models and construction drawings using Revit.
- Produce coordinated plans, sections, details, plant room layouts, and installation drawings.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary information for model development.
- Manage service routing and spatial requirements within assigned project areas.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Identify modelling discrepancies and resolve technical drawing issues with engineers.
- Perform detailed model checks to minimise clashes and installation conflicts.
- Incorporate design changes and ensure models remain aligned with project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and review work produced by junior modellers.
- Support BIM coordination meetings, site activities, and project delivery requirements.
