Part-time Admin Assistant

Alstern Marine & Offshore Pte Ltd is expanding its medicine sales operations and is looking for a reliable Part-Time Admin Assistant.

This position may be suitable for homemakers, semi-retirees or anyone seeking stable part-time work with flexible hours.

📍 Location: Ubi/MacPherson area
🕒 Preferred hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm–7pm or 2pm–6pm
✨ Flexible working hours can be discussed
✨ On-the-job training provided
✨ Stable position in a growing company

Responsibilities:

• Check and receive incoming medicine orders from suppliers
• Enter stock details into the AutoCount system
• Check and manage stock expiry dates
• Pre-pack medicines and medical devices for inventory
• Pick and pack medicines according to purchase orders
• Arrange Lalamove or company drivers for deliveries when required
• Handle documentation and other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Singaporean or PR
• Responsible, careful and well-organised
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Good spoken English to communicate with Indian colleagues
• Ability to read and speak Chinese is an added advantage
• Previous administrative or inventory experience is preferred but not essential
