Project Manager (PMP Certified/1 Year contract renewable)

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 + $50 allowance

Requirement: Singaporean ONLY (CAT 1 / G50 clearance)

Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead data and analytics projects, ensuring successful delivery that meets client satisfaction and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data and Analytics projects from initiation to successful completion to achieve client objectives
• Manage project scope, dependencies, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee project resources to meet expected gross margin and financial goals
• Identify, assess, and proactively resolve project risks and issues to minimize impact
• Ensure project delivery meets defined quality, time, and cost standards
• Coordinate and monitor task execution to achieve efficient project outcomes
• Engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to support project success
• Coach and develop project team members to enhance performance and capabilities
• Lead project proposal development, ensuring accurate cost estimation and realistic assumptions

Required competencies and certifications

• PMP Certification (explicitly stated as "MUST be PMP Certified")
• Experience managing 2 to 3 end-to-end data warehouse, data visualization, or analytics implementations, including at least one in Government or Education sectors as a vendor project manager
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management and Enterprise Business Intelligence implementations
• Prior experience delivering MINDEF projects with strong familiarity with MINDEF security, governance, and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
