HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding arrangements, and worker arrivals.
• Maintain and update employee records, Work Permits, passports, and contact information.
• Process home leave applications.
• Assist with Work Permit cancellation, dormitory check-out, and departure arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute employee notices.
• Provide administrative support and perform other HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or NITEC qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Work Permit administration, foreign worker employment processes, and MOM regulations is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
